Start by entering your company’s details and contact information. This includes your business name, address, company’s Rc and phone number. Don't forget to include the date and assign an invoice number for easy tracking.

Fill in your customer’s company name, address, city/state, and country. This ensures the invoice is directed to the correct recipient.

Detail the items you are billing for by filling in the item name, quantity, rate, and amount for each entry. Esemie’s tool allows you to add multiple line items as needed. The tool will then calculate the subtotal. Ensure you apply any discounts if required and add VAT. The total amount due will be automatically provided.

Add your bank details in the specified section to facilitate payments. In the note section, you can include payment terms or any additional notes you want your customer to be aware of.

Once all details are correctly filled in, click the 'Create Invoice' button. This will generate the invoice, which you can then download as a PDF. Share this PDF with your customers via email or any preferred method.
