To use Esemie, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Esemie for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Esemie. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, and transmitting any material that is harmful, offensive, or violates applicable laws.

Esemie is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information; however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

If you choose to subscribe to Esemie's premium services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are due on the specified billing cycle, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Esemie and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PRIMA BOOST LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Esemie is provided as and as available without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall PRIMA BOOST LIMITED or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Esemie reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the Esemie platform. Your continued use of Esemie after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
